A new, stylish gallery specialising in fine, authentic and decorative tribal/primitive art and ethnographic curiosities; objects that were made to be used during ceremony and ritual.
Not only do these objects have a stunning visual appeal, they are imbued with meaning and stories, which provoke an emotional response, hopefully encouraging the viewer to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for these fascinating cultures and the people who created them.
We also hold exhibitions of contemporary paintings, and have a fine collection of tribal textiles, weapons and jewellery. We also hope to play host to other interesting shows and charity events, including Film Screenings of a tibal nature. All new events will be posted on the events page.
We want to convince the public how well primitive art goes with everything, especially today's modern interior designs, and some of our objects will be available for loan to various professionals; for photography, film, and just lately, a music video!
Enjoy the site, better still, Eduardo Risueno and Alison Brierley invite you to come and visit us.
